Training Overview

One of our experienced tutors will take delegates through the system step-by-step using a structured set of tutorials. Each module of the course will be consolidated by hands-on exercises building the delegates' confidence and allowing plenty of opportunity for individual time with the tutor.

Class sizes are limited to a maximum of seven people to facilitate good interaction between delegates and the instructor, and provide plenty of opportunities for questions and answers.

All Courses start at 09:30 and end at approximately 16:30 with appropriate breaks to maximise the learning potential.

The course price includes:

• Individual use of a PC, keyboard and mouse
• Set of structured training materials (These can be retained for future reference)
• Lunch and refreshments
• Certificates on successful completion of the course

In the past few years Shire has offered an ever increasing range of new products for which we provide a full range of scheduled courses, bespoke training and implementation services.

To deliver this level of service the training department has had to quadruple in size. But quantity has never been the goal, we prefer to think of training as a quality experience.

Regular scheduled courses take place at each of our three regional training centres located in Southampton, Nottingham and Northwich.

In addition to the scheduled courses, we can carry out training at your premises, tayloring a course to your particular requirements.
