FrontLine Asset Data Collector
'On-the-spot' asset registration, data collection and labelling using a notebook computer
Overview
Using a notebook computer and portable printer you can - for both new and previously registered assets - collect asset data electronically, record observations and print out identification labels for immediate attachment to equipment.
You can record and edit up to 24 asset attributes and add as many Notes as you like to asset details. For fast registration, all lookup tables in FrontLine Maintenance Management are available to use and, for even greater speed, you can clone assets in the field.
On returning to the office or workshop, collected asset data can be uploaded effortlessly to the FrontLine Maintenance Management system. Job done.
With Asset Data Collector, you can throw away your clipboard and paper, save valuable time and enjoy an easier life. By eliminating paper, you will increase efficiency whilst assuring greater data accuracy.
Asset Data Collector is ideal where you have a high frequency of new asset additions, for example, in a large equipment-intensive complex like a hospital. It's equally valuable when you're facing the monumental task of collecting data as part of a comprehensive asset registration initiative, such as when implementing a computerised maintenance management system.
Asset Data Collector offers a quick and easy way to save time and money.
